More than a month has passed since Russia, under the directives of Vladimir Putin, launched its unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. Under Putin’s orders, the Russian military is cowardly committing war crimes, displacing millions of women and children, and forcing a global crisis on a world in dire need of recovery from the days of the pandemic.

On April 4, 2022, the Center held its third seminar this year on Putin’s war in Ukraine. The conference featured opening remarks by Prof. Dina Porat, the Center’s Founding Head, as well as lectures by Prof. Uriya Shavit, the Head of the Center, Dr. Evgeni Klauber, a political scientist and researcher at The Francis Brody Institute for Applied Diplomacy, Ksenia Svetlova, former member of Knesset and Senior Fellow at the Mitvim Institute, and Dr. Inna Shtakser, a researcher at Yad Vashem and the Center.
